Paste from MS Word into Law Firm Blog Posts and Pages
To use content while retaining the formatting, you can use the paste from Word tool. First, copy your content in Word. Then press the show/hide kitchen sink button in the editor to make sure the second row of formatting tools are displayed. Press the paste from Word button, and a pop over dialogue should appear with instructions for pasting your Word content. Paste in your content from Word and then click on the insert button. The system will automatically reformat the content to make it ready for use on your website. Click on the preview changes button before publishing or click the publish button to publish the changes.
