Add An Image From Your Computer to Law Firm Website
To add an image to a post or page, click on the add an image icon next to the Upload/Insert text located above the formatting toolbar. A pop up dialogue box will appear, and you will have the option to upload an image from your computer, a webpage or URL, or an existing image from your Media Library. Click on the select files button and then select the image you want to appear, and then press open or select. You will see a loading bar while the image uploads. Once it is uploaded you can enter a title, alternate text for users who cannot see the image, a caption, and a description.
The link URL option allows you to choose where you want the image to link to when clicked. By default, this is set to the file URL, so that the viewer can see the full image when they click on it. You can also select this to post URL so that it links to the post. Select the alignment you want, as well as the size. From here, select the insert into post button, which then inserts the image into the editor. Click on the preview changes button before publishing or the publish/update button to make your changes immediately.
