THE USE OF THIS DIRECTORY AND OR ADVERTISING OR CLAIMING A LISTING HEREIN CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Parties
Visitors of http://www.seolawfirm.com/find will hereon be referred to as “Visitor / Visitors.”  Non-paying attorneys who claim listings and maintain a “Basic” free level of service will be referred to as “Free User.” Attorneys who pay for premium services exclusively related to SEOLawFirm.com’s Directory (this website) will hereon be referred to as “Paying User.” Both paying and non-paying users may be collectively referred to as “User” or “Users.”  “You” or “Your” refers to all parties using the site.

These terms of use are between SEOLawFirm.com of Adviatech Corporation, 9280 Bay Plaza Blvd., Suite 706, Tampa, Florida, 33619 and YOU. SEOLawFirm.com of Adviatech Corporation will hereon be referred to as SEOLAWFIRM. For the purpose of these terms, SEOLawFirm.com/find will be referred to as “THIS SITE.”

2. License of Content Usage

a. General License

SEOLAWFIRM grants license to YOU to use THIS SITE solely for the following purposes.

YOU and all VISITORS are hereby granted a license to search the database on THIS SITE for attorneys, law firms, listings, and information that is made publicly available for personal/individual use only. SEOLAWFIRM prohibits the use of THIS SITE for soliciting to a USER who holds a listing on THIS SITE. VISITORS may contact listing holders for the sole purpose of requesting information from them regarding a legal service YOU the VISITOR are interested in receiving from the attorney USER. Listings without Law Firm Names have not been claimed nor verified by attorney and are published from publicly available records. USER is responsible for verifying all information prior to working with an attorney or acting in any manner with information provided in the Seolawfirm.com Find a Lawyer Directory. Articles, descriptions, and information provided by USERS may only be copied, reproduced, or published elsewhere with written permission from the USER. If no instructions are present, VISITOR accepts the void of instruction as prohibition from copying, redistributing, or in any other way using the content except for personal/individual non-commercial use. Seolawfirm.com does not guarantee the accuracy of any information posted in the directory or submitted to the directory.

ALL VISITORS and USERS AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS BY USE OF THIS SITE

b. RSS and Syndication
SEOLAWFIRM makes some content on THIS SITE available for syndication via an RSS feed. Content available in RSS format or any other syndicatable format may be used only for personal/individual use. Any use on publicly accessible blogs, websites, or other public formats may only be used in the feeds original format, crediting and linking back to THIS SITE.

3. Linking
a. Inbound
SEOLAWFIRM grants YOU the right to link to THIS SITE from any reputable website, blog, social network, or other online medium. YOU are prohibited from linking to this site from websites that advocate, promote, or possess malware, spyware, viruses, or illegal items/activity. YOU may link to any publicly accessible page on THIS SITE.

b. Outbound
THIS SITE links to third party websites. YOU are responsible for reading the terms of use and privacy policies of those respective websites. SEOLAWFIRM will not be held liable for actions, activities, results, or content that occurs as a result of visiting websites linked to from THIS SITE.

4. Solicitations and Spam
YOU the VISITOR and ALL PARTIES are hereby prohibited from using the information publicly provided on THIS SITE for sending unsolicited emails, contact requests for the purpose of soliciting, crawling the website with bots to harvest mailing or other published data for ANY purpose especially the purpose of solicitations. IP addresses believed to be violating these terms may be banned at SEOLAWFIRM’s discretion. Using any outbound emailing or commenting tool available in a USER account panel for the purpose of SPAMMING or solicitation is also prohibited.

5. Advertisers

a. THIS SITE displays listings from USERS who have both paid and not paid for featured, partner, or regular listings. Preferred rankings, colors, features, icons, list highlighting, or any other preferred treatment for an advertiser or USER is completed due to an advertising/sponsorship agreement between SEOLAWFIRM and USER. Special placement in our directory or an attorney being listed in our directory does NOT in any way constitute an endorsement of the attorney or law firm from SEOLAWFIRM. The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that must not be based on advertisement and the VISITOR should request information concerning lawyer\\\'s credentials from their firm.

b. Third part advertisements – THIS SITE contains third party advertisements from Google through their Google Adsense program. For further information about YOUR privacy on pages where Google Ads are displayed, read http://www.google.com/intl/en/privacypolicy.html.

Listing Regulations and Requirements
a. Lawyer Listings

SEOLAWFIRM directory listings are available for free or a fee depending on the service selected by USER. The directory of THIS SITE is exclusively available for practicing lawyers who are licensed in their respective state to practice law. This service is exclusively available to licensed practicing attorneys the 50 states that make up the United States of America. Foreign lawyers, law firms, or attorneys practicing in United States territories are not yet permitted to be listed on THIS SITE.

b. Listing Content
USERS may only list accurate information about USER and USER’s firm. Any statements made on USER’s listing must comply with the respective user’s State Bar Association’s marketing and advertising guidelines. Slanderous comments, comments against another firm (listed or not), hateful language, or offensive language is strictly forbidden on THIS SITE. Violation of these terms may result in a delisting without refund.

USERS may (in some plans) link to a video on the YouTube network. Only videos that are property of USER may be connected to USER’s listing. Videos may not contain offensive material or language unsuitable for a general audience.

USERS may (in some plans) link to or upload images. Only images that are property of USER may be connected to USER’s listing. Images may not contain offensive material unsuitable for a general audience or images of individuals who have not expressed permission.

c. Dead Links
To protect the integration and quality of THIS SITE, SEOLAWFIRM reserves the right remove any website link that is dead or goes to a website that is not related to the respective law firm. Relisting a site may be done after administrator review if the issue was temporary.

d. Paid Listings
Paid listings are good for a 30 day period per 30 day billing. After an advertisement expires, the listing may be downgraded to a basic level, thus making advanced features such as descriptions, videos, images, or SEO Deep Links, be removed or disabled until repayment/renewed subscription is instigated by USER. SEOLAWFIRM makes no guarantees on the number of leads USER is to receive, new cases, responses, search engine rankings or traffic. The service provided by SEOLAWFIRM on THIS SITE is only that (under these terms) USERS listing will be featured in the directory on THIS SITE in accordance with the features on the selected plan.

6. Submitting Content
a. Articles

FREE USERS may publish up to 3 articles per month in their practice area’s city and state category. PAYING USERS may publish in their statewide category up to 20 articles per month. Outbound links will be disabled on FREE USER published articles in the editing/review process. Suggested article length is 300-400 words. SEOLAWFIRM reserves the right to deny or modify articles prior to publishing. USERS may remove articles from their USER panel. Article publishing is only permitted for licensed United States attorneys.

b. Right of Publishing
By submitting an article to THIS SITE, USER acknowledges that they are fully aware of the syndication process and that USER’s content may be published on third party websites that may not be accessible for removal. SEOLAWFIRM will not be held liable for the ways, purposes, and manners of which USER’s content is used by third parties after publishing on THIS SITE. Furthermore, USER extends the right to SEOLAWFIRM to publish and accredit links (not ownership) back to THIS SITE through RSS and other syndicated manners. SEOLAWFIRM reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that is deemed inappropriate at the discretion of SEOLAWFIRM’s editorial staff.

c. Plagiarism
SEOLAWFIRM uses tools such as Copyscape to monitor plagiarism. If any plagiarized content is published for USER in USER’s profile or published as an article, USER’s profile will be immediately deleted and USER and USER’s firm will be delisted. PAYING USERS will be delisted without refund. USER agrees to ONLY PUBLISH UNIQUE CONTENT WRITTEN BY USER OR USER’S FIRM.

7. Billing
Billing occurs monthly for all premium plans on this site. Payment is handled via PayPal Subscription services. USER is encouraged to read PayPal’s privacy policy at https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/policy_privacy-outside. Billing is done automatically on a 30 day cycle. To cancel subscriptions, USER should follow these instructions as published on PayPal.com’s Help Center.

Canceling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be canceled up to the day of the next scheduled payment.

       1. Log in to your PayPal account.
       2. Click the My Account tab.
       3. Click the History subtab.
       4. Click More filters, select Subscriptions and agreements, and then click Subscriptions.
       5. Change the date back to the year the subscription was created, and then click Show.
       6. Click Details next to the subscription.
       7. Click Cancel Subscription.

8. Privacy and Right to Removal

a. THIS SITE uses cookies and visitor tracking technology to enhance our marketing practices. This information is not transferred to any non Adviatech Corporation company or third party. Privacy Policy can be read at http://www.seolawfirm.com/privacy-policy/.

b. Voluntary registration on THIS SITE grants SEOLAWFIRM the right to email USER about important updates related to USER’s profile. USER agrees to receive promotional emails from SEOLAWFIRM unless USER denies request.

c. Removal – All USERS may request removal at http://www.seolawfirm.com/remove-listing-request.

9. Copyrights
All logos, non-listing content, designs, graphics, SEOLAWFIRM created content, and directory related images are the sole property of Adviatech Corporation, all rights reserved.

10. Modification to These Terms
Terms subject to change without notice. Changes to these terms will be published at http://www.seolawfirm.com/find/pdirectory-terms.html.

11. Governance and Disputes
All disputes must be resolved through binding, non-appealable arbitration in the State of Florida with the American Arbitration Association. All agreements are hereby governed under the laws of the State of Florida and the government of the United States of America.  Any and all judgments on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof and the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement of its fees and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

12. Concludes Agreement
This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties and cancels all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.  No modification, amendment, waiver, termination or discharge of any provision hereof shall be binding agreement unless agreement is modified as stated in Section 10.
